You are working in giant company which does financial or other items help to the different group of local community. Write to your manager about some group you want to provide help next year.
Describe a group.
What help do the group need.
What kind of help you expect to provide.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this epistle to ask for financial help and support for a children welfare group “The Buddies”. Let me explain in detail.
To elucidate "The Buddies" is a non-government organization which provides socioeconomic support to orphans in the local community. Additionally, they also run an old age house for elderly people who are unable to support themselves financially. Apart from the financial support to adolescents the organization also help them to get integrated into the society.
Although the group is working in myriads of ways to help the local community however lately their financial situation is not good as some of their financiers have backed out, therefore, they require immediate monetary support so that they can continue to work for this noble cause. Since our company provides financial support to such groups under the corporate social responsibility initiative thus I would like to request you to consider them for such help if possible. Moreover, I would need your permission as I plan to hold a charity event on our campus so that employees can contribute cash, used clothes and utensils which can be used to support the group from our end.
Hence I look forward to your approval and support.
Yours sincerely
