Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter about my disappointment in the food we ordered last week. A frequent costumer in your fine dine-in because I find your restaurant a good place to eat, however I have met an embarrassing dish while I'm having dinner with my husband.
My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary last sunday so I brought him in your restaurant. As usual, I ordered the my favorite dish which is fettuccine. When the waiter came and served the food, I noticed that the pasta is half-cooked and the cream was not in condition because the taste is different. As a regular costumer, I will the difference of the savor especially the fettuccine. my husband was quite upset with the preparation of the food that turns our celebration very disappointing.
I hope that you can do some action with regards to the condition of the condiments as well as the preparation. I expect you to provide assurance that it will not happen again in the near future.
I look forward to hearing from your response.
Yours faithfully,
Jessica Lolarga
