Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to make a suggestion for the upcoming international student's day event.
I think it would be very helpful for the foreign students to hear a speech about their rights and duties from the chief guest of this event, so that they can get equal opportunities in every field, and never get bullied by local students.
It will create the sense of equality among non-native students, and they can easily get their education without any inconvenience. It will also assist them to raise their voice in case of any differentiation on the basis of caste, colour, and religion.
I have one other query about the entrance on this event. Is there any entry charges for non- Collegiate students? If yes, then, how much would this cost? Besides this, will students get any refreshments?, or they will carry their own as it will be a long day.
Thank you for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Namrata Arora
