Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to highlight some technical problem with a Printer model no XD2345 which I recently purchased from your shop last week. Allow me to explain in detail.
To elucidate there are multiple technical problems with the printer. Firstly the printer has a faulty power cable which creates problems in starting and shutting down the machine. Secondly, there is always an error stating low cartridge on the front LCD panel and lastly, there are frequent papers jams in the printer. Although most of these technical problems are temporarily fixed after restarting the printer, however, the power failure is more difficult to diagnose and fix. Since I work from home, therefore, I had purchased this printer for scanning and printing official documents hence with these erratic problems my work is getting affected severely.
Hence I would request you to first send a technician immediately to fix these issues. Additionally, if these issues persist then I would request a free replacement of the printer since it is covered under warranty.
