Dear Mr. John,
In writing to volunteer myself for the children trip, for which you had sought parents help.
I have been to London a few times in the past, I feel I could be of some guidance during the trip. Moreover, with me being a doctor, I can surely be of assistance on this trip.
Ensuring that the children stay healthy would be my prime motive. As the children are participating in different sports activity there, it is possible that a child gets hurt, and thus I plan to carry by first-aid kit with me. Besides that, I am a very good cook as well. If required, I can prepare different meals for children, like cakes and sandwiches.
I was wondering, if the school would be covering the cost of the travel for parents? What about the accommodation and other expenses that may arise?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
Tim Burkey
