Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• give contact details for when you are away
• give instructions about how to care for your pet
• describe other household duties
Dear john,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and to the best of spirits. I am writing this letter to thankyou for agreeing to homesitting for me when I am going for official tour to New york for one week.
My training period is 23rd june to 30th june and my flight is on 22nd june so It would be great if you come to my house one day before. Through those days, you can contact me on my local phone number or send me a message on watsapp or facebook account. I will surely reach you back if I will be busy.
As you are a regular visitor, my cat(nancy) is quite familiar with you. I am mentioning you few responsibilities which I am sure you will handle very nicely. First of all, give cat food to nancy thrice a day, I have kept that in kitchen cabinet. In the evening give her a bowl of milk. I am sure she will play with her toys and will not disturb you much. FUrther, please water my plants once a day because they are hard to regrow once they get wither. Keep the outside light on every night for the safety reason.
As usual, feel my home as your own house and feel free to use anything as yours.i have stored all necessary ration items but still if anything is missed you can buy from nearby convenience store.
Once again thankyou so much for helping me .I hope you will enjoy staying at my home even in my absence.
Warm Regards
Harry
