The information given in the line graph makes comparison in the amount of acid rain emitted from four different sectors in the UK from 1990 to 2007.
It can be seen from the graph that all four sectors experienced a considerable decrease in the amount of acid rain emissions.
Looking the information in more detail, out of four sectors, electricity, gas and water supply saw the most significant fall. The figure for this sector dropped by 3 million tonnes between 1990 and 2007. Similarly, the amount of acid rain emitted from domestics and other industries remained stable at nearly 0,75 and 2 million tones respectively from 1990 to 1994 before falling back to about 0,25 and 1,25 million tonnes respectively in 2007.
Meanwhile, emissions of acid rain from transport and communication fluctuated and reach a peak at 1 million ton in 2000. Then, this figure dropped to about 0,75 million ton in 2007.
