• explaining the problems
• suggesting ways to help the situation
• proposing a possible meeting
Dear Neighbours,
I am writing to draw your attention toward the parking problem. Since few week I am facing issue of road blockage due to wrong parking. Several time issue has been addressed to the person who park car in wrong parking area but no vain.
We have parking policy for our society, despite that some people are not following the instructions. We should put some sigh board about no parking.therefore we can solve the problem of wrong parking to some extent. In addition separate parking facility should be provide to friends and relative who visit their dear ones in our society.
Another solution for this problem is It would be great if we set up a meeting to share about concern and complaints. Many people are new in the society so that could be a reason they are not familiar with the parking policy and park their vehicle
where the space available. In this we can meet with the new attendant of our society.
Looking forward to hear from you all as earliest as possible.
Your faithfully
