The line graph illustrates the usages of fish and various meat, which include chicken, beef and lamb, in the country of European from 1979 to 2004.
It can be clearly seen that fish was the lowest depletion over the period. Overall, while the number of chicken was increased, fish and other meat are also decreased.
In 1979, beef was the highest depletion at 225 grams per person per week, the lamb was followed by 150 grams, which was higher than chicken lightly by 10 grams, and fish depleted 60 grams at the beginning.
There is a significant increase of chicken from 1979, it transcended lamb after 2 years at 150 grams and became the highest depletion at 200 grams in 1989 and kept raising at 250 until 2004, while beef declined dramatically to 100 grams eventually. 100 grams was decreased for the lamb finally and a soft decline was recorded on fish depletion by 15 grams to 45 grams.
