The given bar charts depict comparison of students’ activity after graduation and post-graduation except full-time work in UK in 2008. A glance at the charts reveal that rate of unemployment between graduate students was significantly more than postgraduate students. Furthermore, tendency to continue education among graduate students was considerably more than postgraduate ones.
Getting back to the details, we can see number of graduate student who do part-time job was about eight times more than postgraduate students who did this. In addition, rate of graduate students who did voluntary work was about six times more than postgraduate ones. As can be seen, 29665 graduate students continue their education which compared with postgraduate students who were about 2700 people was about thirteen times differences.
In conclusion, we can say the rate of unemployment between graduate students was noticeably high and as a result, they tried to did further study to gain more job opportunities.
