Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment in the shipping services that I availed from your company on June 1, 2019. The shipment was from Bangalore to Ontario and the consignment number is A0056754.
Let me explain the damages to some of the electrical appliances that were a part of the consignment. Firstly, the compressor of my Samsung refrigerator model 5473 has broken and the fridge is not functional. Secondly, the motherboard of my Whirlpool washing machine model 7893 has a short circuit and the buttons are not operational. It has become increasingly difficult for me to store the groceries and do the laundry without these appliances.
Would you kindly arrange for the repair or the replacement of the appliances as detailed in the transit insurance that I purchased from your company. I would appreciate if you could email the insurance agent in Ontario and send a copy of the email to my email address worker@gmail.com
Looking forward to a prompt response and a replacement of the appliances at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
Rajie
