You are planning a short visit to a city where one of your relatives lives.
Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
• Explain when and how long you will be in town.
• Ask whether you can stay at their home.
• Offer to pay for yourself
Dear Mohammad,
I hope you are doing great. Actually I have a good news for you. Which is that I am planning to make a short visit to the London in specific where you live. Furthermore it will be on 15th of October exactly the beginning of next week. I will stay there for 10 days.
In order to that, I am asking you, could you please discuss with your family my interest to stay into your home that period? Honestly this is my first time visiting this city, and I find it difficult for me to rent a room alone. Please try to solve this dilemma for me. I will be appreciated.
On other hand, I am all ready to pay for myself, I do not mind at all. So consider that with no further discussion needed, if you and your family have been agreed.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Best Regard,
Doaa.
