The diagram describes the process of manufacturing cement and the way of using cement to produce concrete. Overall, cement production process consists of 4 stages and used several equipments whereas process of making concrete account 15 % of cement, used number of tools and made in concrete mixer.
In the first stage of the diagram, it can be seen that lime stone and clay crushed in a crusher and formed powder. Then, combined the powder into the mixer and passes to the rotating heat that produced heat at the buttom of the cylinder. Next, the resulting mixture placed over the grinder and grind in order to produce cement. Finally, it is put inside the bag and ready for use.
Regarding the second diagram, While producing concrete it account 15 % cement, 10% water, 50 % gravel and 25% sand that is mixed in concrete mixer and rotate until it became concrete. When the process is compelete then we can use it for builing purposes.
