I feel the need to bring it to your knowledge about the horrendous customer service which I have received from your company. Allow me to elaborate.
On 29th July, I had purchased a MacBook Pro from the Downtown Apple Store. I had heard from negative reviews about the product, but the store manager had ensured me that the team will be at my disposal to take care of any problem that would arise in the machine.
Further, I had been experiencing minor glitches with the machine and roughly, after 2 weeks of normal usage, I noticed that the battery casing was bloated and I could see the battery.
Laconically, I have been in touch with your team and no effective solution has been given to me. I am attaching the receipt of the purchase along with the photos of the MacBook. I do not want to keep the machine and am seeking a refund of the money I had paid for the machine.
