The diagram shows the small-scale production of smoked fish
The process below illustrates how to manufacture a special food called smoked fish on a small scale.
Overall, the diagram has 8 steps, which begin by preparing fish for smoking and finish with delivering smoked fish to customers.
At the first stage, fish are cleaned by the knife. Then, cleaned fish will be placed in the solution which is mixed by adding water and water together, in 30 minutes. Next, these fish are boiled by the burner with fire around 5 minutes. At the fourth step, fish are dried before the smoking process.
Then, dried fish are hung and smoked in 30 minutes, on the top of the vat, which is covered by wood to prevent the smoke will escape from inside. At the sixth stage, the yellow ingredient will be added to the fish. Next, these fish are packed inside the boxes. Lastly, several boxes will be put on the van to deliver to market places.
