The given line chart demonstrates how many parcels delivered among two major mail services companies which are FedEx and TNT within the period of time starting from 1920 to 2000.
Overall, althought FedEx was the most popular mail services companies at first, it was replaced by TNT towards the end of the period.
At the beginning of the period, 15000 parcels delivered by FedEx in 1920 then went up remarkably during 2 years and reached to the highest point about 24000 in 1940. However, this upward trend was abruptly broken and the number of delivered plummeted dramatically over the middle of 1960 to reach a little above 12500. This was following by another climbed, althought much steeper, in 1980 when point was almost 5000 higher than in 1960. Then points experienced a minimal droped and reached 17500 in the end of the period.
The point of sending by TNT was a little more than 5000 at the beginning. Following this, it climbed remarkably during 4 years and approached to 12000 in the middle of 1960. Then it saw a minimal drop of about 1000 in 1970. The amount of parcels distributed by TNT considerable growth and outstripped number of FedEx almost in 1992 and peaking at a little less than 24000 in the end of the 2000.
