You have a spare room in your flat or apartment and you want to rent it to a student. Write a letter to the director of the accommodation office at the local college. In your letter:
• Explain where your apartment is
• Describe the room
• What kind of person would you like to rent it to.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you that one of my apartment room has just been available. Therefore, I will be extremely grateful if you could add it on your rooms list for a rent. I will be delighted to share some information about my flat. Firstly, it's located in the city center of London, the UK. Particularly on ST street, near the National Library. There is a very big shopping mall called Panoram shopping center in front of our buildings.
The room is relatively large and consist of one subroom which might be good as dress rooms or study room. Moreover, the room has a balcony with spectacular city view. The room also, well equipped with new electrical devices such as TV, hair dryer and steam iron. The bed is queen size, so the new tenant will have comfortable sleep.
My roommate and I are looking for someone like us, quite and helpful. Furthermore, it's preferable to be male and have valid job and most significantly to be non smokers as we do not like it at all.
I look forward to receiving your response.
Best regards
Bilal
