It is clear that there were significant increase in the amount inquires from visitors in person or by telephone while letter or email became less popular choice. In Jannuary, the number of inquiries by telephone were higher than that by letter or email, at about 170 questions. Meanwhile, the propotion of questions asked in person is the lowest in total of enquiries sent to Tourist Information Office. Over the next three months, inquires received from telephone remained steadily with 1000 questions. Netherless, there was sharply rise in the number of enquires made in person, surpassing that by letter or email. From March to June, it was noticeable that the amount of people making enquiries in person increased drammactically and peaked at 1900 in June. The period also witnessed significantly growth to 1600 of telephone. By contrast, fewer people sent email or letter to Tourist Information Office and the number of enquires received declined considerably under 400.
