In January 2011, enquiries by telephone were the highest manner with 900. The figure for enquiries received by letter or email start at over 700 requests. There was not many tourists chose to ask in person, with just over 400 enquiries. During the next two months, between February and March, telephone still remained the most common manner with 1000 enquiries. Meanwhile, the number of enquiries in person grew considerably to 800, higher than the figure for email or letter about 100 enquiries in march. From March to June in 2011, there was a significant decrease of 350 in the amount of enquiries by letter or email. The figure for enquiries by telephone remained stable at 1000 from march to april, then it increased dramatically to 1400 in June. Finally, tourists chose requiries in person experienced a fast climbing up by 1100 then it reached a peak at 1900 in June
