Dear Mohan,
Thank you so much for accepting my humble request; without you, it would have a tedious task to find someone faithful. I want to mention some necessary information regarding my flat so that finding my house will be ease for you.
My flat Number is 401 at 7th floor of Vaswani apartment near MG Road, Bengaluru. You won't be having any trouble to find out my flat, as it is one of the famous society, anyways you have google map to get an accurate location.
You need to follow some specific instruction while staying in my flat: you should show up by 12 O'Clock at night; otherwise you have to fill a formality form, collect milk regularly at 6.00 AM, keep the front door always close as recently one robbery case happened and finally please take care of my pet dog.
In case of any emergency situation or any difficulties, either give a ring to me or to the society chief so that you will get help immediately and also never forget to call the police if the situation gets out of control by any means; the police station is just 100 meters away from my apartment.
I will be accompanying you for the first day, and I can't wait to see you here.
Your Friend,
Manas
