Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my satisfaction on support that one of staff member offered me during my stay at your hotel Star Light. I booked room in your hotel for my international project settlement meeting during 28 September to 30 September. Being five start hotel, service you offered was superb, also Meal and other facilities were excellent.
My meeting was on 29 September in the evening, at that morning I went out for the walk. When I was came back, I saw that my room was cleaned by your cleaning staff. However, I was surprised when I saw that my meeting file was missing. I was freaked out and called the reception and told them about the whole incident.
After 10 minute Mr. Kumar came there and told me to clam down. He immediately contact to the security room and checked the CCTV footage of my room. He got to know that at that whole time only the cleaning staff was entered into my room. He called cleaning staff and asked them about the stuff and checked their garbage bags. My documents were found in that bags and I was relaxed. However, the incident was not commendable, cleaning staff had to pay more attention while cleaning the personal stuff of guest.
I want you to take strict action against such events and aware your staff about such actions. I am pleased by the support Mr. Kumar offered me so you have to congratulate him and tell other people to take inspiration from such kind of behavior.
Your's faithfully.
