Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features.
The flowchart illustrates the steps on how to make tomato ketchup. From fresh tomatoes, the end of the procedure is a perfect ketchup bottle which can be used with other types of food.
First, a farmer or harvester will select and pick tomatoes from the tree. After the picking section, they will sort and get rid of rotten or bad tomatoes. The remaining will be packed and sent to the factory.
At this stage, all the unimportant part will be removed, such as seeds or skin. Peeled tomatoes will be crushed hard, and additives like vinegar, salt and sugar will be added. Next, the liquid is boiled with massive heat before the cooldown of 2 hours.
After the liquid calibrates itself with the normal outside temperature, it will go through a process of bottling and labeling. Further quality control steps will occur to ensure the safety for customers. Going through this check means that the bottles are ready to serve consumers, with the delivery to the supermarkets.
