The line graph compares the trend of men and women using the health club in Miami and Florida in 2017. Meanwhile, the pie charts presents the percentage of the members according to gender and age.
Generally, there was an increasing trend in the number of health club members using both health clubs in the first half of the year before it decreased during the second half. It is also clear that most of its customers belong to 24 – 45 years old while the least come from other age groups.
In detail, there was a gradual increase in the number of men going in the Miami and Florida health club during the first six months starting in January from just below 600 reaching a peak of about 850 in June 2017. However, it went down from July up to December where the figure went back to its almost similar figure in January of the same year. Similarly, the same trend was noted for women with the same number of members visiting the health club in the first and last month.
Concurrently, most club members belong to 21 to 45 years old with over 50 % for both gender. This is followed by women who were 65 years old and up at 31 % which is 6 % more that of its male counterpart. Meanwhile, the least were accounted to men and women in other age groups with 20 % and 19 %, respectively.
