You recently used a taxi and left some important documents there. Write a letter to the taxi manager and say:
– Describe what you left and where it happened.
– Why are these papers important?
– What would you like the manager to do about it?
Dear Manager,
I am writing this email in reference to a lost document file which I forgot in a taxi from your company. I clearly remember it was Thursday afternoon last week when I booked a cab after my interview from ABC towers, Lajpat Nagar, new Delhi with a drop location to Sector 41, Noida. when I de-boarded the cab, I unfortunately forgot my black colour document file inside the cab but I realized it later next morning when I was getting ready for my another interview.
On checking the cab number from the application I used to book the cab it was DL1234K5 and the driver name was Shakeel. Furthermore, when I tried getting the driver's personal mobile number it was not available on the application. Therefore, I thought of writing to you on this matter if you could help me in contacting the driver and searching that document file as it is extremely important to me it consists all my certificates, degrees and other important document. Also I am actively looking for new job which is why I need that file as soon as possible because a number of interviews are scheduled for next week. And it would not be possible for me to give any interview without having the file.
Kindly let me know at 1234567890 when you get any information regarding the lost file, and please do not hesitate to call me should you have any questions. I can come to your office and any other location where ever driver feels comfortable handing it to me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Your faithfully
Monika Goswami
