Write a letter to your tour company manager to appreciate your tour guide
Dear Mr. Tim,
I am writing this letter to thank you for arranging a memorable trip to Cox’s Bazar for me. Even though I had faced some difficulties at the beginning of the trip due to weather, I was totally satisfied with the accommodation and the tour guide you had organized for us. I would like to express appreciation and gratitude to my tour guide, Brian since he was so helpful.
Let me tell about Brian’s contributions during our trip. He always accompanied me, no matter wherever I went. Since he was familiar with all the places and attractions of Cox’s Bazar, he was able to give me a tour of those places. During my trip, one night I got lost in the crowd and I did not even have a phone with me to call someone for help. However, Brian found me with the help of other tour guides and took me to my hotel. I will be forever grateful for the help he provided me that night. He was very punctual and showed me some beautiful sites of Cox’s bazar which mesmerized me.
Would you be kind enough to forward my gratitude to Brian? I hope you will give him a raise soon since he is a hard-working person. I appreciate his efforts during our journey, and I hope he will get rewarded for his dedication towards his work.
Thank you again for your arrangements
Yours sincerely,
Rafsun
