The various factors which affect two different age groups while working in the company are displayed in the bar chart.
Overall, it is clear from the chart that the workers at an early age are more primarily focused on their self-development and future prospects; Although they have other issues as well like working environment and wages. The second age group is more concerned about their salaries with little worry about their job security and work culture.
The noticeable thing from the chart is that younger workers desire to improve their overall skills but they are not able to do it. As the survey results show that with extremely busy work schedule it is difficult to sharpen their skill-set. This thing overall affects the company's efficiency. Additionally, there are many of this age group who are not satisfied with the company's work culture and way of getting the promotion.
It is also evident that senior workers are worried about their wages and. From the chart, many feel that they are not getting salaries which they should get and this is adding to poor performance from them. Moreover, there are some issues they have regarding senior administrators above them and team spirit. Additionally, many feel they are not getting promoted. These all factors causing poor performance from them as they no longer enjoy doing what they are doing in the company as visible from the data showed by the survey.
