You travelled by a long distance bus recently and your suitcase was damaged.
Write a letter to the bus company. In your letter
inform the bus company of when and to where you travelled
describe your suitcase and what happened to it
explain why the company should pay for a new suitcase
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the worse condition of my property when I was on the journey from Whistler to Surrey on 28 th september through the bus.
Firstly, I departed from Scottsdale bus stop with transit number 364 at 5.30 p.m. I was having my suitcase which upon bus driver request I put it in the shelves provided for the allocating things. Likely, there were of varied types so I have put my name tag on the bag for an identification of my belonging.
Moving farther, on the second day when were in between, the bus collided with a huge tree suddenly and the materials fall down. Luckily, no one injured everyone as everyone was in the rest areas for refreshments and other things. Likewise, the driver has gone to the fill the gas. People were amusing with each other on the way about the bus accident.
Finally , upon reaching on our destinations I have identified that belongings were in the wear and tear place. Even the zip of my bag not working properly. It was torn out from one side. As, the bus driver did not mention us about this pity condition. I suddenly shouted on him for this inconvenience but he neglected this fault and was no shook of worriedness about this due to which I have to make decision to complaint of this situation.
I hope that you will compassionate with a another bag or full refund. As the loss is incurred by the bus driver for his irresponsibility.
I am hopeful that you will rectify your mistake.
Your faithfully,
Jasmine
