Overall, Number of males doing various fitness activities is fluctuated in all age groups. Meanwhile, females have ranked highest from the age of 25 to 65 and over. Except the age of 15 to 24 men’s topped.
Firstly, between ages of 15 to 24 younger men’s have the higher value than young females doing exercise and has difference about 5.3%. However, the trend has reversed where females takes the highest position where they have identical percentages and has slight vary about 0.7% as well as age ranging from 25 to 64. Finally, in the age of 65 and plus both men and women has similar values which have slight difference about 0.1%. Therefore, women have dominated in performing various exercises on a regular basis.
