Dear Mr. Brown,
I am your tenant residing in Suite 11 Park Place, Vancouver. I am writing to inform you about the condition of some furniture in the apartment.
I have been dwelling in this fully furnished accommodation for the last 6 months with my family. I had no issues until a few days back I noticed the spring from the love seat has fallen off and it is making a creaking sound. I would like to highlight here that I mentioned about the poor condition of the sofa in the inspection checklist at the time of moving in. Also, the left leg of the dining table is lurching, making it risky to use. I tried fixing its screws but to no avail.
While I appreciate the elegant property, these issues are causing inconvenience in our daily lives. I request you to take suitable action and replace old furniture.
Looking forward to your favorable consideration.
Yours Sincerely,
Nikhil Raj Gupta
