I got your letter, and I hope you're feeling well despite the issues.
I can understand the problem that you're very overworked. I sincerely know how you must be feeling, and I hope the issue is resolved soon.
In my previous work, I had the same problem. I worked 12 to 14 hours a day and was never appreciated for it. You know once I spent 22 hours in my office non-stop last summer. But in my current work, the hours are very flexible, and I'm pleased about it.
I suggest you go to your direct supervisor and tell him clearly that your work has taken over your entire life. If that doesn't work, I think you should actively start looking for a new role; as a matter of fact, I have a few recruiters contact details still with me.
