The two diagrams show the methods of producing cement and concrete, and what equipment are needed in this process. To product cement needs limestone and clay as ingredient and then the cements are used as ingredient to produce concrete.
There are four steps of making cement. The limestones and clay become powder after going through the crusher. Then the powder is mixed in mixer and after that these mixture is delivered into a rotating heater which has a machine heated at the end of the tube. Then these mixtures are drying and crushed by grinder when going through it. And finally the cements are packaged by bags.
The concrete is produced with special formula that needs 15% cement, 10% water, 25% sand and the rest half all is gravel which means small stones. Those ingredients are mixed in a concrete mixer. The concrete mixer will continually rotates to combine these materials and it finally produces concrete.
