Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you that my new bank card was missing from the envelope which I received from your bank. On 16th June 2019, I received a letter from your bank for acknowledging the bank card which I applied last month. When I opened the envelope, I was shocked! I found only the acknowledgement receipt but not the bank card.
I think you are aware that my bank account has been linked with the card. Now I am very much worried about it because I my entire savings is in that account. If the card gets into the wrong hands, they would take away all the money leaving the account empty.
I want you to block the card as soon as possible so that nobody could withdraw the money. Moreover, I would request you to send me a new card by this month which could be helpful for my purchases.
Please do the needful in this regard. Looking forward to hearing form you.
Thank you,
Yours sincerely,
Felix
