You live in a room in college which you share with another student.
However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it
very difficult to work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter
describe the situation
explain your problems and why it is difficult to work
say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to complain about my accommodation, room no 2345 which I am sharing with another student. Allow me to explain the situation in detail.
First and foremost my roommate bring his friends along to our room and they hold late night parties which affects my sleep. Since these parties happen every other day i am not able to study properly therefore the result is that i have failed miserably in my trimester exams. Additionally my roommate uses my personal belongings like laptop and college notes without my permission. Although i have asked him several times not to touch my personal items however he pays a little attention to what i say and keeps on repeating the same actions. My roommates uncooperative behavior is not only jeopardizing my studies but also making my personal life miserable.
Hence I would request you to allot me a single room with an attached washroom anywhere in the college campus immediately before the beginning of the next trimester exams so that i can focus on my studies.
I look forward to your response.
Yours faithfully
Kevin
