Your car is hired from a company and while you are driving on holiday, you have a small accident. You will have to write a report to the company to explain it.
In your letter:
-when and where you hired it
-describe how the accident happened
-what kind of action did you take after the accident
Hello Sir or Madam,
My name is Tomasz Zawadzki and two weeks ago on 25th of October I hired a car from your company. The location of your brand shop where I borrowed the car is the Hobart Airport. I would like to mention that the staff of the store was extremely helpful because our fly was delayed, and they waited for me half an hour so I could pick up the car. Therefore, I would like to thank them for their help.
However, I am writing with regard to an accident that happened yesterday. Last night me and my wife were coming back to Hobart from our trip. Suddenly wild kangaroo run into the road, I was trying to avoid collision, but we hit him with our front bumper. Moreover, one of the front lights stop working so we could continue our travel that day. Also, we called nearest national park to inform them about the injured animal.
I hope, that insurance will cover all the repair.
Your sincerely,
Tomasz Zawadzki
