The flowchart diagram demonstrates the manufacturing progress of steel rods in furniture industrial factory. Overall, the process is divided into 3 stage with the temperature level. Raw material is put into melt, then shaped into its form and testified the quality.
First stage, raw materials namely iron ore, yellow ore and carbon, are collected and put together in high temperature and passed through the second stage. Firstly, we put the mixture mentioned earlier in the melting slit at around 1500 degree Celsius. Then, it is refined in smelting cabin and the candescent metal is poured in ingots.
Passing to the second stage, candescent metal in ingots is set into cool by a connected cooling reservoir which lower its temperature down to approximately 100 °C. After that, the metal goes through nozzle line to casting strand. When the strands had been formed, they were rolled to significant smaller size and been through heating treatment.
The last stage occurs when it comes to the checking of quality. Measuring automaton monitors the surface of strands and sends them to cutting progress. After the strands get cut in to the actual size. The final stamping ID number takes place and finally get the inspection and ready to use.
