Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inquire about some important documents that I might have misplaced while attending a conference at your hotel ‘Le Meridian’ on 26th of April. The conference was held at the ‘Imperial’ banquet hall. I am quite sure that I have left those documents unattended in the above mentioned banquet hall. All of those documents should be in a black folder with my name ‘Ralph’ written on top of it.
In particular, the documents are of extreme importance to me. They contain all the valuable notes that I took in the course of the meeting that day along with some confidential financial information about my company. Without those documents I would not be able to submit my upcoming business plan for review.
I would humbly request if you could please ask your staff to conduct a thorough search at the banquet hall.If you find those papers please give me a call on my cell phone at 96666666. I will be more than happy to collect them at the earliest possible time.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Ralph
