DEAR SIR,
I AM WRITING THIS LETTER REGARDING A BLACK FILE THAT I FORGOT AT YOUR PREMISES. I HAD VISITED THE HOTEL YESTERDAY MORNING AND I BELIEVE IT JUST SLIPPED MY MIND TO TAKE BACK THE PAPERS THAT I HAD BROUGHT WITH MYSELF.
A DAY BACK, WHEN I CAME TO YOUR HOTEL. I WENT STRAIGHT AWAY TO THE CONFERENCE HALL 2 FOR ATTENDING THE MEETING. I WAS SITTING IN THE SECOND ROW AT TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THE HALL. I HAD KEPT THE FILE ON A SMALL BLACK ROUND TABLE WHICH WAS PLACED AT THE LEFT SIDE OF MY SEAT.
THE FOLDER THAT JUST GOT MISPLACED CONTAINS SOME VERY SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS. THERE ARE MY LEGAL DOCUMENTS SUCH AS THE PROPERTY OWNER AGREEMENT, LICENCE CERTIFICATE AND AUTHORISATION CERTIFICATE OF MY COMPANY. THESE ARE PRIVATE DOCUMENTS WHICH NEED TO BE HANDLED WITH UTMOST CASE AS MISPLACEMENT OF THE SAME COULD LEAD ME INTO SOME SERIOUS ISSUES.
I REQUEST YOU TO ASK YOUR STAFF TO FETCH FOR MY PAPERS AND HAND IT OVER TO YOU AS SOON AS THEY FIND IT OUT. IT WOULD BE KIND ENOUGH OF YOU IF YOU COULD TAKE THEM IN YOUR CUSTODY AND RETURN BACK TO ME ON MY EARLIEST VISIT POSSIBLE TO THE HOPE. I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE REQUIRED ACTION AGAINST THE UNCERTAINTY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.
YOURS FAITHFULLY
