Dear Mr. Kadam,
I am writing this letter in connection with my misplaced student ID card in the school premises last week. Due to which I have faced a lot of issues since then.
I am a student of commerce dept and my student ID number is 12527. I lost my ID card last Wednesday when we were playing cricket on the school playground. I realized that I may have left my card on the ground when I came back to class for the next lecture when the teacher brought it to my notice. I tried looking for it on the ground followed by the lost and found department but was unable to find it. Since then, I have faced lot of difficulties such as entering the school premises, issuing books from the library, accessing the computer lab and accessing sports club. I have an assignment pending in the next 5 days which I think will be difficult to submit if I don’t get the access to library and computer lab.
I would appreciate if you could help me with the process to issue a new card. I am also ready to pay the charges for issuance of new card. I look forward to hearing from you.
Your sincerely,
Rajesh Kumar
