You ordered a new chequebook from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing.
Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service. Say when and how you ordered the chequebook. Ask how much longer you will have to wait and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to claim about my recent order of a new cheque book from your bank.
Two weeks ago, realizing that my cheques would be depleted within a few days, I went to the cheque department in your bank and requested a new cheque book. At first, I was told to go into the bank's website and filled in some forms with my current address and phone number. there was a section called "Prioritization" in which I mentioned that I would be in need of the new cheque book urgently and upon checked out, I was prompted to pay an additional fee of $50 for this priority service with an email confirming that I would receive the cheques within 1 weeks.
Unfortunately, it has been 1 month since that day and I haven't received any cheque or any information about when I will receive it. I has followed up with some calls to the hotline but they all mentioned that there might be delay due to online approval processes. At the moment, I am very disappointed because I has been unable to pay this month's salaries to my employees.
Therefore, I would like to ask you to look into this matter urgently and let me know exactly when my order will be completed. Moreover, I would like to insist that this problem must be solved within this week.
Look forward to receiving your prompt reply.
Yours faithfully,
Tuan
