. suggest another cookery course you'd like school to offer.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in response to your request regarding the feedback on the cookery course which was finished last week.
The course I attended focused on baking skills and recipes, which are basic albeit essential for beginners like me. Detailed instructions were provided by the teacher, along with in-class demonstration. I found myself totally enjoyed the class because it was not only informative, but also practical. At the end of the course, I was able to bake on my own, following the recipe which I learnt from the course.
Every weekend, I spend one afternoon baking by trying different recipes since all my kids love pastries. I was not surprised that they all spoke high of my baking products, and that was my moment of the week.
Having improved my skill on baking, I would love to take another course on Italian dishes if future courses will be planned. Please keep me updated on the course information, and I would like to thank you for providing such great courses.
Yours faithfully,
Alan Roberts
