The presented line graph demonstrates data about how many students, divided by gender, who finished high school in Canada over the period of 16 years, starting from 1992 to 2007.
The most striking feature to be observed is that, even-tough there is a slight fluctuation in the figures of both groups for the first half, those experienced substantial increase over second half. Besides, the most number of women graduated from university as compared to men during the entire course of time.
Looking at the data in more detail, it is significant that in 1992 number of female graduates just under 100000 and this was 30000 higher than male graduates. After that, both women and men figures witnessed a slight increase until 1995 and reached the point of around 105000 and 75000, respectively. There was a fluctuation trend for both group of university attendees in Canada through six-year period from 1995 and 2001.
Turning to rest of description, from 2001 to 2006, whilst female students who gained university degree experienced remarkable upsurge, the latter saw constantly growth. At the end of the survey, the number of female graduates was about 145000 and that of male was around 95000. The difference between figures doubled count in the second half.
