The company you’re working offers funds and required things to the groups of local community every year. Write a letter to the director of your company to recommend a group in your local community which deserves help.
In your letter, you should:
describle what the group is
say how your company funds can help them
explain why helping them is a good idea.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you, recommending a group in my society for the annual funds that the company offers.
It is group of volunteers who work closely with the workers in the various labour camps in and around the city, they organise regular sessions for them concentrating primarily on the local laws, rights, health and safety.
In recent time, the group wanted to organise a basic health checkup which includes reading of blood pressure, blood sugar and heart rate level of an individual along with the blood donation in the labour camp with more than 500 employees. On releasing the funds, it would benefit the above cause.
Although, the group is fairly new, I have seen their enthusiasm to serve and the honesty with which they organise events. Also, from the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) view, it is a good thought to support them.
I will be looking forward for a positive response from you.
Thanks
Yours Sincerely
