Dear Sir,
my name is Aman, I have a membership of the library since last year and I am writing this mail with regards to the book name "UFT Insider", which I borrowed from the library last week and Its due date is of tomorrow i.e. 27/10/2019.
I am sorry to inform you but I would not be able to return a book on the said date as I forgot my a book in my hometown during my last visit, it is 150kms far away from our city. it is not practical to go back in order to collect a book, though I have planned itinerary by the next week to go for my brother wedding. so I would be taking it back by the next week.
Once again I feel bad for not able to return the book on the due date, though I can assure you to return it by next Monday without any failure.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused to you and your staff because of this.
