Your office building doesn't have parking available.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter:
Explain the problem
Suggest a solution
Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to let you know that finding a parking place became an exhausting problem during the last three months as a new shopping mall has opened in 200 m away from us. Therefore, most of the time employees including me, who are working at the south department of the company, have to spend more than an hour to find a free spot.
There is a free area next to the building and is surrounded by fences, which seems a great spot as a parking area. I suggest that the company buy this part of the ground from its owner, Mr. Axel. This would help the employees tremendously and increase their job satisfaction significantly since they do not need to look for a parking spot for about one hour. It also offers better efficiency for the company as people are fresher and happier at work.
I hope you find this suggestion useful and feasible. By the way, I have the contact information of Mr. Axel and may send them upon to your request.
Yours faithfully,
Sore Ashkani.
