Dear Ayushi,
I am writing this letter to apologise you because I was not able to accompanied you in a one day picnic with our school's friends group for which I promised. As I had emergency call from my company to attend the urgent meeting which made me unable to caught the train.
When I completed my meeting, I thought to joined you for the rest of the time. Although I tried hard to search about another mode of transport by which I could commute to reached at our picnic spot, I did not get any public transport or private vehicle that could assist me to arrived there within the time. Even if I tried my best to reach there, I could not come. That is why, I thought other way through which we can enjoy together.
As we will have holidays in next month, we can organise get-together again. To make our day memorable, we can arrange theme party in which we will have fun by doing various activities such as dancing and playing games. Along with this, we will order some delicious food. If you are ready for my given suggestions, I assure you that we will have the best time together.
