Your office building doesn't have parking available.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter:
Explain the problem
Suggest a solution
Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am penning down this epistle regarding a worsening problem with the parking for employees.
During the last three months, finding a free parking spot has become a serious issue for the employees as a new shopping mall has been opened close by. Many have to look for a free spot even more than 30 minutes. Nevertheless, I believe this issue is resolvable by changing the first floor to parking as it is absolutely empty.
This can help employees in different ways such as having a spot for themselves and spending less time finding a free one. In addition, it will increase their safety as it will be a place inside the building which is more secure. I hope you react as soon as you receive this letter.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Sorena Ashkani.
