Your office building doesn't have parking available.
Write a letter to the manager. In your letter:
Explain the problem
Suggest a solution
Say why parking will benefit all employees
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am penning down this epistle regarding a worsening problem with the available parking spots for the employees.
During the last three months, finding a free parking spot has become a serious issue as a new shopping mall has been opened close by. Many have to look for a free spot for even more than 30 minutes, which causes frustration and devastation among them. Nevertheless, I believe this issue is resolvable by changing the first floor to parking as it is absolutely empty and has not been used in the last three years.
This can help employees to locate a free spot faster and as a result, will increase their job satisfaction. In addition, it will increase their safety as it will be a place inside the building which is more secure. I hope you react as soon as you receive this letter.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Sorena Ashkani.
