You are attending a night course in the school. you are not happy with some parts of the course. Write a letter to the school director about this.
In your letter, you should tell:
what course you are studying
what things you are not happy about
what you expect from the school director.
Dear Mr.Smith,
My name is Valli, and I am pursuing a night course in your esteemed institution. It has been a month since the course starts, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about certain aspects of this course.
Firstly, I am doing my evening classes on Simulation of Automotive industries which involves the concepts of manufacturing done in the past along with the futuristic view. Certainly, I am learning this course to gain knowledge about the earlier simulation methods used in car production. Similarly, it imparts knowledge about the software used for this simulation.
However, these aforementioned requirements are not completely covered by our tutor. During class hours, she failed to explain the software required for this simulation process as well as the current version of it. Moreover, the user-manual which explain the usage of this application and the relative documents where obscure, hence it is hard to follow her instructions. Finally, even her teaching methods could be more constructive and effective.
As you are the headmaster of this school, would you please have a discussion about these issues with her? Since it would be more effective rather than students words. More precisely, please explain that these issues are similarly faced by each student of her classroom and ask her to provide a detailed explanation for each topic she covers by providing suitable documents.
I am looking forward to seeing positive results and thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Valli
