The diagram describes how bricks are produced for the building sector.
Overall, the process of manufacturing bricks includes seven main stages, beginning with collecting clay by a huge digger and ending with supplying the finished products.
The process commences with digging clay to take into the filtering process by a metal grid, which is to get rid of oversize portion and collect appropriate parts onto the roller. The process continues with adding a mixture of sand and water to filtered clay. Following this, moulds are filled with the mixture to shape bricks.
The next step is placing rudimentary bricks inside the drying oven for 24 to 48 hours and burning stage is taken place in two distinct ranges of temperature, one is from 200 to 980 degrees and the next one is from 870 to 1300 degrees. After firing, bricks are cooled in a chamber for 48 to 72 hours. The entire process concludes after packing the final products and distributing them to customers.
