The amount allocated for furniture and equipment in the year 1981 was 15%, which was exactly three folds compared to 1991, and it was drastically increased to 23% in 2001.
Furthermore, spending on insurance was continuously increased in all three years started from 2% in 1981, 3% in 1991, and 8% in 2001. Eventually, the same pattern shown in resources, which started from 15% in 1981, increased by 5% in 1991, and further increased in 2001 by 3%. In contrast, proportion of other workers' salaries was reduced in all three years. In 1991, 28% of total expenditure spent on it, which decreased to 22% in 1991, and reduced to 15% in 2001.
